Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

 

 

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

 

 

To return an item, please email customer service at belezahautecompanyllc@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

 

 

 

REFUNDS

 

 

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

     ●     A $10.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.     

 

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        

 

     ●     Customer purchases are made with their full knowledge. The customer assumes all risk of consumption of the purchase. No refunds are given except in a medical documented case. All sales are final. Customer assumes any and all risks by consuming this product. It is the assumption of Beleza Haute Company that the customer has read and understood all of the information regarding the product (s). With the exception of accessories purchased i.e. trays, stash boxes, clips, rings, pipes and the like, if the item is broken, we will exchange the item or provide store credit if reported with in 7 days of receipt of items purchased. All requests for replacement must be in writing with a photo of the missing items. Consumable items, flower, beverages, gummies etc, cannot be returned as they can not be restocked. Exchanges, refunds and or replacements can/will be evaluated on an individual case basis. Beleza Haute Co will pay for the return if it is a shipping error and another option is not available.     

 

     ●     Customers are to read and understand all information prior to making final purchase. Beleza Haute Company does not mitigate any medical claims as CBD is currently legal under the 2018 US Farm Bill and is not regulated by the FDA.
